Dentures

For all patients that cannot afford the expense of fixed prosthetic solutions, there are mobile ones. Ranging from completely mobile to partial dentures, mobile prosthetics are an integral part of dental prosthetic solutions.
In case the patient is completely toothless or one or more teeth in the jaw are missing, there are various mobile solutions that also differ in the selection of materials that the mobile denture is made of.

Acrylic complete dentures

Acrylic complete dentures are a solution for completely toothless patients. Acrylic partial dentures with clasps are a solution when on or more teeth are missing.

Wironit denture

Wironit denture is a partial denture that is affixed to the existing teeth with clasps or a dolder bar made out of metal alloy. They are used in patients that want better stability and firmness and are also used in combined works.

Thermopress denture

Thermopress or VERTEX dentures. This material is an ideal solution for all patients that don’t want visible clasps or are allergic to any kind of metal. THERMOPRESS dentures, extremely soft, unbreakable and very comfortable to wear, whether complete or partial, present aesthetic salvation for patients that want to get rid of visible metal clasps in frontal or lateral areas.

Telescopic dentures

Telescopic dentures – in case a patient has more remaining teeth that are in relatively good static positions and doesn’t want to do extensive jaw reconstruction for various reasons, this can provide an excellent solution for him. The dental arch is completed with a denture that will be attached to the remaining, previously polished teeth and on which primary metal caps have been placed, which are then attached to the so-called secondary caps placed in the denture itself. This kind of semi-fixed solution achieves better retention of the denture itself and enables the patient to maintain better oral hygiene because every supporting tooth is separate and accessible for cleaning.

Combined works

Combined works are solutions which, as the name suggests, combine the remaining teeth in good condition, connect them into ceramic fused metal bridges and then bind mobile semi-fixed dentures with press studs on them. An excellent solution for patients who have a shortage of bones, cannot or do not want to get implants, but would still like better static conditions than those offered by mobile complete or partial dentures.
